This seat takes on average 12 hours to complete and is completely custom.
HInge options
The hinge is the method that the Vrod uses to move as a one piece seat to allow you to fill up your gas tank with out having to remove the seat, you simply lift the seat with uninstalling it. Our Vrods have originally mounted on to the frames with our side hinge system. We have recently come out with the our new A-Frame hinge system. The A-Frame hinge is made to work with Harley Davidson Saddle Bags. This hinge will allow you to move the seat for filling up gas without any clearance issues to your Harley Davidson bags. If you do not have bags and are not planning on having bags, you will not need the A-Frame hinge system. ***IF YOU HAVE HD SADDLE BAGS - you will need the A-Frame hinge system.

Airbox options
If you have an Airbox that did not come stock with your bike. *I Request A Seat Pan Kit Option - Receive A Seat Pan Kit and stock pan from BSC with specific instructions to assist you to make a seat pan. Once done ship to us and we will make you a custom BSC seat from the pan. (Requires min $600.00 deposit) *I Will Send Airbox Option - You will send us your Aftermarket Airbox and we bolt it up to our fixture and create a seat pan from that (Additional Shipping Costs Will Apply)
Seat shape options
Low Profile Lowest Leanest Seat Available Great comfort and support is built in for the driver. The passenger seating area is as lean as we can make it creating minimal comfort for a passenger. This is a great option for those who do not plan on riding a passenger or have a passenger that rides minimal just around town or bar hopping.
Low Profile Plus A small step up from the “Low Profile”. We keep the Low Profile shape the same but add in our Nitro Air Gel to the passengers seating area. This will still be very low and lean but have just a bit of added height to the passenger area allowing a bit more comfort.
Intermediate Rounded More comfort is built in for both the driver and passenger. Adding a bit more back support for the driver and the rounded shape refers to the passenger seating area. This rounded area can be more for a visual preference as the roundedness of the seat can also cause some negative comfort for the passenger
Intermediate Square More comfort is built in for both the driver and passenger. Adding a bit more back support for the driver and the square shape refers to the passenger seating area. This is built with the passengers comfort in mind. The passenger seating area is built with the proper foam and hand shaped for the specific passengers height and weight. This is ideal for those longer weekend rides. *You can also request the seat to be more cupped*
Mini Touring This is the most comfortable seat you can purchase for your V Rods. This will be very comfortable and providing the upmost support for both driver and passenger.
