During our peak season (the last 6 months) we have been spending any free time on the Breakout demo bike we have had in our shop. We have done a few thing for you guys to check out in the photos below. Take a look at the Colorado Custom Cycle Wheels (Renegade) Wheels, Matching Rotors, Matching Pulley and PM 13” Front 6 Piston Caliper on the front. Also our 180 degree front fender for this 23” wheel conversion. We also did a Drive Side Break System for the Break Out that really looks awesome. This Drive Side Break System can be done on the Rocker as well. *** All of these parts (wheels, rotors, pulley, fender, caliper, drive side break system) can be purchased directly through Bitchin Seat Company.***

A recent project we did for a local police officer was a 2006 Night Train with the 200mm Roland Sands Designs RSD Tracker Kit. The solo seat was built for his height at 6'1. We did this to move him lower and further back into the bike to be able to stretch out and get the most comfort out of the bike. The solo seat cover features a Buffalo Center Insert and a Smooth Leather Outer Band. The dash on this bike is an upgrade option that we can pair with our seats. The dash is from Russ Wernimont Designs. This seems to be a poplar option that we can add into your seat order. We built a Two Up Comfort seat for this bike as well to show a seat built for someone that is not as tall as the police officer we built the solo seat for. It is more of a Comfort Two Up seat for both the rider and passenger. Stacy has been a valued customer of ours for several years. Like many of our other NBA customers, Stacy cannot enjoy the ride of his bikes without getting a custom seat built for his height. Being as tall as he is, Bitchin Seats is the only place that really get him exactly what he wants. Take a look at the photos below to see one of his newer bikes that we made a seat on a few months back. To get the optimal riding position for Stacey's height, we needed to move him back as far as possible. He wanted to still ride a passenger so to do both, getting him as far back into the bike as possible and still having room to ride a passenger, we used our Tour Pack Bracket that will attach and move it back. Thus, creating a superior amount of comfort for both the driver and passenger.
The Seat: This Custom Built seat is a two piece set up. A custom Solo Seat with a Comfort style shape and a three piece cover in all Bull Hide with a Diamond Pleated Pattern sewn in. The Passenger seat is a Mini Touring shape featuring a standard two piece cover in all Bull Hide and the Diamond Pleated Pattern sewn in to match the solo seat. The backrests were custom built and covered to match the seats. This is a small prototype that we did a while ago on an Iron, We made this for a couple of reasons. - Café solo style - Help fit the taller rider on a small bike, moves you back 2 to 3 “ - To offer a steel café fender conversion without cutting off your struts. - Tall Flat sided fender to match the stock tank look - Low prow seat with Higher back support fallowing into the fender lines. For more control of the bike. From Russell from Essex, United Kingdom Just a short note to confirm that the seat arrived in pristine condition and was installed in 20 mins without a single glitch or issue. This may be something to consider if you are a V Rod owner and looking for a spring project... A few of our customers have done this fender change on their standard V Rods and Laurent from France did this as well. He has a V Rod Night Rod and made the change to a Muscle fender. The bike turned out great, Laurent. Well done! BSC custom built the seat in our facility without needing a demo bike for fitment. This seat fits the tank of the V Rod Night Rod as well as the new V Rod Muscle fender.
BSC has just released a new design for the Fender Support Kits on the Rocker and Rocker C Models. The new design option is "Slotted" to match the stock foot brake and shifter arm design. We are now taking orders for the new design. We are not even half way through the year and we are putting it out there... it is officially The Year of The V Rod's. We cannot believe the amount of traffic all the V Rods are bringing and once again... another V Rod owner is pleased to say the least. In this blog category "Another Happy Customer", we will periodically put reviews up from our customers. You guys make our job easy and well, well worth all the late night and weekend hours we do. Keep it coming cause we love the feedback. Fred - Liberty, Missouri This month's feature is on a fantastic build by Scott Fitzgerald. Once again, a wonderful customer of Bitchin Seats. Below is a complete break down of what he did to his bike showing his true talents of piecing this beauty of a bike to create what you see below. Congrats Scott, she turned out amazing. The pictures say it all so stop reading and check out this build! From Scott Fitzgerald (owner and creator of 'Big Red') Keep your eyes out for this to be featured in VTwin magazine very soon.
